The role emphasizes accuracy in paperwork, pricing, and order entry, with daily collaboration across customers and team members to deliver cost-effective solutions and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Willingness to overtime when needed; drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related products.
• Provide guidance on tools, hardware, and materials for projects.
• Demonstrate equipment use and share product quality insights.
• Process orders and coordinate pricing, coding, and paperwork.
• Coordinate communications with customers and team members via phone, email, and in person.
• Support branch growth through proactive call strategies and merchandise transfers.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure a positive customer experience.
