Job summary

Airgas, Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Sparks, NV. The role partners with customers to provide industrial gases, welding supplies, and related equipment.

You will advise on tools and materials, demonstrate usage, and help customers complete orders with precise pricing and documentation. Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases and supplies.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials needed to complete projects.
• Demonstrate equipment use and discuss product quality to build confidence.
• Process orders, coding, costing, and pricing accurately.
• Coordinate communication via phone, email, and in person with customers and team members.
