Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience assisting customers with product selection, pricing, and orders.
• Ability to generate sales quotations and process orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer support to walk-in retail or contractor customers and responds to inquiries.
• Assists customers with product selection, pricing, availability, refunds/exchanges.
• Generates sales quotations using knowledge of products and procedures.
• Enters orders into the computer system and coordinates delivery.
• Provides information on features and benefits to expand business with customers.
