Job summary

California Hydronics Corp in Vancouver, WA is seeking motivated sales professionals to help customers and close deals. You will consult on technical needs, prepare quotations, and guide customers through a smooth sales process on site.

You’ll build relationships with customers, coordinate with outside sales teams and sales engineers, and leverage our catalog and Xylem ESP Rep to recommend top hydronics solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, or account support.
• Strong phone presence, persuasive speaking and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of hydronics equipment or industrial product lines is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales management software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process.
• Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking.
• Build relationships with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to maximize account growth.
• Leverage inventory catalog and product selection software to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions.
