TreviPay is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Overland Park, KS to drive growth through new sales and client retention. You will build strong relationships with drivers and customers, while identifying revenue opportunities and delivering impactful solutions.

The role emphasizes a base + commission structure, a professional environment, and opportunities to excel in a competitive sales setting. This position requires initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
• Inside sales experience is a plus, especially in transportation or logistics.
• Strong telephone presence with the ability to engage prospects by phone.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow direct to driver portfolio through new sales and customer retention efforts.
• Balance account management with proactive new business development via cold calling, networking and lead generation.
• Obtain customer referrals to expand program footprint.
• Complete driver applications and submit for activation.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Manage daily schedule and meet monthly sales quota and goals.
