Job summary

ABC Supply is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products. Inside Sales Associates provide exceptional service as they help customers select roofing, siding, and remodeling supplies.

The role emphasizes needs-based product recommendations, accurate order entry, and timely delivery coordination. With 1–2 years in roofing/siding/windows preferred, candidates should have solid communication, time management, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
