Job summary

ABC Supply is a leading wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, seeking Inside Sales Associates who deliver world-class service. You’ll determine customer needs, follow checklists, and help customers select products to complete roofing and remodeling projects.

Strong communication and a team-oriented approach are essential. Responsibilities include handling calls, processing orders, payments, coordinating pickups, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time and complete.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and ready.
