Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell items.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
