Job summary

Paycom is seeking an in-house Sales Representative to be a primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers in Dallas, TX. The role blends customer service with sales, handling inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, and guiding early steps of the home-buying process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone sales and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and buying signals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective homebuyers via inbound calls and inquiries.
• Educate buyers about homes, communities, pricing, incentives, and the home-buying process.
• Identify qualified prospects and buying signals; move conversations toward next steps.
• Ask for appointments, applications, reservations, or sales when appropriate.
• Follow up consistently with prospects not yet ready to purchase.
• Maintain and transfer leads through the CRM to the field sales team when needed.
