Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana owned company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Cicero, IL to grow the auction business by building dealer relationships and managing accounts. You’ll respond to inquiries via phone, email and text, and drive sales with a customer-focused approach.

You will log activity in the CRM, coordinate with teams, and promote ADESA.com training to customers. Must have a High School diploma and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service and administrative experience.
• Automotive/auction experience preferred.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service via phone, email and text.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain a clean work space.
• Solicit and develop new buy and sell business with dealers daily.
• Log calls and use ADESA CRM to track activity and reports.
• Assist with Sale Day duties and post-sale reporting.
• Educate customers on ADESA.com and mobile app features.
