The Inside Sales position connects our outside sales team with customers to process orders accurately and foster relationships in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate has experience in inside sales and customer service, with knowledge of roofing, mechanical, industrial, HVAC, and siding products.

Formación

• Ideal candidates have a few years of inside sales & customer service experience.
• Roofing, mechanical, industrial, HVAC, and siding product knowledge, and experience preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is helpful.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and focused; can concentrate on the task at hand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily sales operations of a building materials distribution center.
• Work with customers and co-workers to build solid relationships based on trust and competence.
• Thorough and precise; diagnose problems and provide proven solutions.
• Follow up carefully and cheerfully with customers to preserve relationships.
• Support outside sales team members.
• Directly work with long-term customers daily.
• Finalize and oversee the fulfillment of customer orders.
• Work within own area of expertise to ensure high-quality, by-the-book results.
• Handle detailed work quickly & correctly.
• Support a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
