Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors in Phoenix seeks an Inside Sales Associate to help customers purchase drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials. You will deliver expert product guidance and friendly service from first greeting to final sale.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting features and benefits, coordinating deliveries, processing payments, and assisting with merchandising and stock.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience with interior building products preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing L&W solutions to meet their needs.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture relationships with long term customers.
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services.
• Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of branch sales plan and strategy.
• Assist in the design and execution of merchandising strategy.
• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner.
• Accept payments and apply to the appropriate customer account.
• Arrange with the warehouse for customer product pickup.
• Reordering products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
