OrePac Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage new building materials accounts from the office and collaborate with Outside Sales to grow existing accounts in an established territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships with new and assigned accounts.
• Proactively engage customers by phone to drive inside sales.
• Develop knowledge of OrePac pricing and services.
• Follow-up on quotes to secure opportunities.
• Present new products and services to established accounts.
• Attend training sessions and skill-building activities.
• Process and communicate sales order changes and returns.
• Address delivery errors, short shipments, and damaged goods.
• Participate in sales presentations.
• Provide literature, samples, and price pages to customers.
• Collaborate with commercial staff across locations to train and support teams.
