OrePac Building Products seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage new building materials accounts from the office, while coordinating with Outside Sales to grow the established territory.

The ideal candidate communicates well, delivers high-quality customer service, and contributes to a fast-paced team focused on growth in the shelter industry.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer relations.
• Ability to drive sales from the inside via phone and relationship building.
• Fast-paced, self-directed work style with high ethical standards.
• Knowledge of OrePac pricing structures and services preferred.
• Experience in building materials or doors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships with new and assigned accounts.
• Proactively engage customers by phone to drive inside sales.
• Learn OrePac pricing and services; follow up on quotes.
• Introduce new products and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Participate in training, meetings, and professional development.
• Process cancellations, changes, and returns; coordinate with departments.
• Resolve customer concerns including delivery issues and shortages.
• Assist with sales presentations and literature requests.
• Support sales needs with marketing materials and samples.
• Collaborate with staff across locations; assist in training others.
