Responsibilities

• Respond to Customer inquiries with business partnership mentality and professionalism.
• Administrative and operations functions to support branch activities.
• Resolve material issues with vendors and ensure smooth ordering.
• Interact with customers and vendors to complete sales orders and invoicing.
• Support Sales Representatives when workload permits.
• Initiate order coding, enter sales orders, issue POs, and expedite orders.
• Assist efforts to exceed sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
