Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. in Evansville seeks an Inside Sales Associate to engage customers, process orders, quotes, and returns, and drive sales growth.

You will work with the outside sales and distribution teams, manage data in the P21 ERP, and support monthly quota attainment while protecting gross margins. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales, strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, inside sales preferred.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate product information and sales terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (P21) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by managing customer interactions and transactions (orders, quotes, returns).
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information and recommending alternatives.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and expedite shipments as needed.
