Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing, mechanical, PVF, industrial, waterworks, or construction products is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read specifications, blueprints, and meet customer requirements is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively develop customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotes, bids, pricing proposals, and product recommendations.
• Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse and operations teams.
• Maintain knowledge of PVF, plumbing, mechanical, waterworks, and construction products.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and gross margin.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into business.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding pricing, product availability, deliveries, and returns.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to drive growth.
• Maintain CRM and sales records with accurate customer and opportunity information.
