Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of manufactured housing industry trends is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-oriented with ability to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Present training sessions via Teams with new partners on the autoMHatic Financial process.
• Establish and maintain referral source relationships from partners.
• Handle inbound calls from partners to discuss partnership opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on lending programs and underwriting guidelines.
• Set appointments for Outside Sales Territory Managers as needed.
• Prospect potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value propositions to clients.
