Responsibilities

• Present training sessions via Teams with new Manufactured Housing partners.
• Establish and maintain referral source relationships from partners.
• Handle inbound calls from partners to obtain information on partnering.
• Stay updated on lending programs and underwriting guidelines.
• Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Territory Managers.
• Identify and prospect potential clients via calls, emails and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders with strong service.
• Deliver product presentations demonstrating the value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute sales initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
