autoMHatic Financial in Wayne, PA, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to build partnerships with manufactured home dealerships and communities, driving revenue through proactive outreach and relationship management.

You will present products, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing and operations to accelerate growth, while staying updated on lending programs and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in inside sales or business development roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of manufactured housing industry trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present training sessions via Teams with new Manufactured Housing partners on the autoMHatic Financial way.
• Establish and maintain ongoing referral source relationships from partners.
• Handle inbound phone calls from manufactured home partners in obtaining information on partnering with autoMHatic Financial.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending programs and underwriting guidelines.
• Set appointments for Outside Sales Territory Managers when appropriate.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through training.
