Job summary

FMH Conveyors in Jonesboro, Arkansas seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a 6-8 person team and optimize order flow from engineering through production. You will drive forecast accuracy by analyzing backlog, lead times, and schedules, while translating customer needs into actionable priorities for Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
At least five years of sales experience in manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage a team.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Professional communication and leadership capabilities.
Experience learning and using ERP systems (Epicor) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage the Inside Sales team (6-8 reps).
Prioritize and schedule customer orders through engineering, supply chain, and planning.
Analyze backlogs, lead times, and production schedules for forecasts.
Listen to customer needs via Sales Managers and VP of Sales and follow up.
Train and establish SOPs; coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.
