LKQ Corporation is seeking a sales-focused leader to develop marketing and sales plans, monitor performance, and resolve escalated customer issues. You will guide Inside Sales, set goals, and report on initiatives while managing labor claims and quality-improvement efforts.

The role requires 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, familiarity with automotive parts, and strong MS Office skills; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. On-site role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in a specialized profession with senior lead/supervisor experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; automotive experience valued.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans; monitor results.
• Resolve customer service issues; assist Inside Sales as needed.
• Set, track, and report on key sales initiatives.
• Lead staff including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and labor claim handling.
• Balance multiple tasks with moderate complexity; ensure quality standards.
