IT Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive Manager to lead a team focused on generating qualified leads through multiple outbound channels. You will guide strategic coaching, performance management, and recruitment to ensure top-of-funnel targets are met and aligned with the ICP.

Collaborate with GTM leaders to implement effective funnel strategies, drive revenue growth, and improve client retention. This role requires leadership skills and deep MSP industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• Extensive B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
• Experience leading an inside sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a high‑performing team of Inside Sales Account Executives.
• Provide leadership to achieve top-of-funnel targets and ICP alignment.
• Coach and manage performance to meet funnel creation metrics.
• Oversee training, recruitment, and resources for the sales team.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to optimize revenue growth and expansion.
