Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000
Performance Bonus: Up to $40,000-60,000 annually
Total Compensation Opportunity: $110,000–$135,000

Long Home is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead a team focused on recovering revenue, retaining customers, and maximizing the value of existing sales opportunities.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who knows how to coach a team, use data to drive performance, and turn opportunities into revenue. You'll lead our Inside Sales Specialists responsible for cancel saves, rehash opportunities, and other inside sales initiatives while owning team performance against conversion, retention, revenue, and average order value goals.
You'll also help shape how and when we reach customers, using performance data, technology, AI, and new outreach strategies to continually improve contact and conversion rates.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
