Job summary

FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. The Account Representative will act as a liaison, provide product and services information by phone or email, and resolve any issues faced by FleetPride’s largest customers.

Responsibilities include handling calls, processing orders, tracking deliveries, quoting contracts, and collaborating with Sales and other departments to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the Customer Support Center (CSC) by handling all calls to CSC’s general sales line and providing exceptional service.
• Develop customer relationships by providing prompt action to all calls, including writing orders and tracking information.
• Recommend solutions based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Estimate, quote, discuss contract terms, address warranty, delivery status and issue credits for FleetPride’s largest regional customers.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and market industry-leading product lines.
• Contact target accounts monthly to promote special offers determined by management.
• Coordinate with departments such as Category Management, Legal and Supply Chain to service clients better.
• Identify and resolve research-based customer issues.
• Follow up on inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Create and maintain reports driving the sales process.
• Update customer pricing matrix to remain competitive while maximizing margins.
