Job summary

Philips is seeking a motivated Intern - Inside Sales Dental Professional in Nashville, TN for Summer 2027. This co-op offers hands-on experience in a HealthTech company and exposure to KPI-driven sales activities.

You will support daily to quarterly metrics, maintain CRM records, develop territory strategies, collaborate with sales colleagues, and expand Philips product offerings while learning from cross-functional teams. Office-based role with in-person work expectations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a BS degree with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong phone presence for inbound/outbound calls and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Able to apply persuasive selling skills over the phone and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, monthly and quarterly KPI metrics and collaborate on productivity projects.
• Document outreach, account plans, next steps and notes in CRM.
• Maintain current product knowledge and develop territory strategies.
• Collaborate with aligned sales reps to create and execute sales strategies.
• Broaden Philips product offerings to new customers and communicate trends to sales teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve efficiency.
