Job summary

Security Benefit in Topeka, KS is seeking an Inside Sales Intern to join a collaborative, agile team at our home office. You’ll design, analyze, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and exceed expectations, reporting to the AVP, Inside Sales.

You will provide daily support, build relationships with distribution partners, and develop a broad understanding of Security Benefit products and procedures while working up to 40 hours per week during the summer.

Qualifications

• Must be a current full-time student available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to partners by answering calls and emails promptly and accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and ISC’s.
• Develop an understanding of Security Benefit products, services, policies and procedures.
