The role requires a full‑time college student in math, actuarial science, finance, or computer science, with advanced Excel and Salesforce experience preferred. A hybrid work schedule offers both remote and on-site flexibility.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel knowledge is required and highly valued.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Strong GPA in major and overall coursework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive database tracking the reasons why applications are not in good order.
• Categorize and analyze root causes behind incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
• Liaise with financial advisors or relevant parties to obtain missing information.
• Provide clear guidance to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Analyze trends in application submissions to identify common missing information.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve application quality.
• Offer actionable recommendations to leadership to enhance processes.
