Job summary

Würth Elektronik is seeking a Connected Sales Intern to gain hands-on exposure to customer relationship management, technical sales support, quoting, order processing, and account development. You will work with an experienced sales team, support outreach to customers, learn product lines and applications, and help prepare samples, quotes, and communications.

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Interest in business-to-business sales and electronics.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity helpful.
• Ability to collaborate while taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support regular communication with established customers.
• Assist with customer outreach, including identifying contacts and call lists.
• Help identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Learn about customers’ products, applications, forecasts, and needs.
• Develop understanding of Würth Elektronik product lines.
• Prepare and send samples, quotes, and other communications promptly.
• Support order-processing activities and maintain sales documentation.
• Assist with customized component concepts for customer needs.
• Maintain customer records in the Alpha Plan CRMS.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and other learning opportunities.
