You will take orders, make calls, and learn the product line, with coaching from the Sales Manager and a clear path to a full-time role for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Reliable and personable with clients.

Responsibilities

• Focus on how to increase sales and how to gain more customers.
• Take and enter customer orders.
• Make sales calls from a predetermined list.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships.
• Gain an understanding of the product line.
• Receive and convey customer feedback to management to improve operations.
• Input sales orders into ordering system.
• Take sales orders from inbound phone customers or walk-in customers.
• Think of ways to increase sales.
• Get involved with direct marketing tasks.
