Right at Home Southeast San Antonio is seeking a part-time Inside Sales & Intake Specialist for our Corpus Christi office. This role offers flexible 20–28 hours per week with a path to full-time as the office grows.

You will call, text and email families who have asked about in-home care, qualifying needs, arranging assessments, and following up on leads. In-office, friendly environment with a clear weekly schedule and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (Spanish a plus).
• Sales, intake, customer-service or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Based in Corpus Christi, in-office; consistent weekly schedule you can commit to.

Responsibilities

• Call, text and email families who asked about in-home care in Corpus Christi and San Antonio; first contact within minutes on shift.
• Confirm care needs and payment method (private pay, VA, LTCI), and book assessments for directors to close.
• Follow up on leads between shifts, recover no-shows, and reactivate older inquiries.
• Light office admin: phones, intake records, CRM updates, scheduling support.

Job description

Right at Home's new Corpus Christi office is hiring a part-time Inside Sales & Intake Specialist (approx. 20–28 hours/week) — same mission, flexible hours, with a path to full-time as the office grows.

What you'll do:

• Call, text and email families who have asked about in-home care in Corpus Christi and San Antonio — first call within minutes when you're on shift
• Understand the care need, confirm how care will be paid for (private pay, VA, or long-term care insurance), and book assessments for our directors to close
• Follow up on your leads between shifts, recover no-shows, and reactivate older inquiries
• Light office admin: phones, intake records, CRM updates, scheduling support

Pay: $14/hour + $80 for every client you book who signs. The bonus is the same as full-time — your results pay the same per client.

You need:

• Excellent English communication (Spanish a plus) and a warm, confident phone presence
• Sales, intake, customer-service or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Based in Corpus Christi, in-office; consistent weekly schedule you can commit to
