Job summary

Right at Home’s Corpus Christi office is seeking a part-time Inside Sales & Intake Specialist (≈20–28 hours/week) with a path to full-time as the office grows. You’ll call, text, and email families, assess needs, and book assessments for directors to close, while maintaining light admin duties in-office.

Excellent English communication is required and Spanish is a plus. 20–28 hrs/week in-office, with a base pay of $14/hour and $80 for every client you book who signs, plus the same bonus as

Right at Home's new Corpus Christi office is hiring a part-time Inside Sales & Intake Specialist (approx. 20–28 hours/week) — same mission, flexible hours, with a path to full-time as the office grows.

What you'll do:

• Call, text and email families who have asked about in-home care in Corpus Christi and San Antonio — first call within minutes when you're on shift
• Understand the care need, confirm how care will be paid for (private pay, VA, or long-term care insurance), and book assessments for our directors to close
• Follow up on your leads between shifts, recover no-shows, and reactivate older inquiries
• Light office admin: phones, intake records, CRM updates, scheduling support

Pay: $14/hour + $80 for every client you book who signs. The bonus is the same as full-time — your results pay the same per client.

You need:

• Excellent English communication (Spanish a plus) and a warm, confident phone presence
• Sales, intake, customer-service or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Based in Corpus Christi, in-office; consistent weekly schedule you can commit to
