Job summary

Schuylkillchamber is seeking a Sales Construction, Installation and Mechanical professional to support sales and customer service for F&L Doors. Office location is Hazleton, PA.

The role involves coordinating with customers, entering orders, and supporting outside sales on quotations and site events. POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting sales and customer service for F&L Doors. Office location in Hazleton, PA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Taking calls in the office from current and prospective customers
• Handling walk-in customers
• Setting appointments for outside project salesmen
• Assisting outside sales with order entry
• Quote building projects
• Follow up on quotes
• Process contract change orders
• Review & process sold jobs
• Work trade shows and marketing events throughout the year

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Sales and customer service knowledge
• Knowledge of building materials
• Strong organizational and communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Interpersonal skills including professionalism, patience and courtesy

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must be willing to travel to trade shows, trainings, etc. on occasion
