Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Related experience: Customer Service (preferably in construction).

Responsibilities

• Taking calls in the office from current and prospective customers.
• Handling walk-in customers.
• Setting appointments for outside project salesmen.
• Assisting outside sales with order entry.
• Quote building projects.
• Follow up on quotes.
• Process contract change orders.
• Review & process sold jobs.
• Work trade shows and marketing events throughout the year.
