Quality Enclosures, Inc. is hiring for an Inside Sales & Front Desk role in Central Islip, NY. The position is full-time and pays $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.

You’ll be the first contact for customers, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, and helping with orders, payments, and front office organization. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or related roles, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or office administration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Experience with CRM or customer service software is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and exceptional service.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with order status, deliveries, pickups, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Engineering to resolve customer needs.
• Track customer orders and follow up to ensure timely communication and service.
• Support the Sales team with account updates and administrative tasks.
• Prepare customer paperwork, process payments, and assist walk-in customers.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office.
