Responsibilities

• Build rock-solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to match world-class talent with the perfect roles.
• Ignite a high-volume candidate pipeline using creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Lead dynamic phone screens and manage the interview process from start to finish—our team takes care of the rest.
• Track conversations and interview milestones seamlessly in our Applicant Tracking System (RM).
