Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a sales environment.
• Experience as an estimator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with product configuration software.
• In-depth knowledge of elevator products or similar construction equipment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer jobs, projects, specifications, and requirements.
• Use software to create estimate options and generate estimates.
• Gather information from job sites and contractors; verify discrepancies by outreach.
• Create and submit estimate reports to sales management.
• Schedule and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Interface with engineering and technical staff to ensure estimates meet specs.
