Job summary

Atlantic Restaurant & Supermarket Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through final delivery and installation coordination.

The role is on-site at our showroom in Kearny, NJ and requires a solid understanding of restaurant and supermarket operations, plus strong communication to translate customer needs into complete equipment solutions and close deals while coordinating projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales or related role in the restaurant, supermarket, or foodservice industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant or supermarket operations and workflows.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage projects from start to finish.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Kearny, NJ and be on-site daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to final delivery and installation coordination.
• Work with customers to understand their operational needs and develop complete equipment solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, close orders, and manage projects through fulfillment.
• Ensure accuracy in order entry, specifications, timelines, and customer expectations.
