• 3+ years of management experience in a large retail showroom (5,000+ sq. ft.)
• Strong sales, customer service, leadership, and closing skills
• Proven responsibility for store sales performance and staff
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of showroom sales and daily operations.
• Manage, train, and support showroom staff.
• Ensure every customer is assisted and sales opportunities are followed up.
• Back up salespeople, assist customers, prepare quotes, close sales, and work as cashier when needed.
• Maintain displays, pricing, signage, and showroom presentation.
• Meet showroom sales and gross-profit targets.
• Develop initiatives to increase showroom traffic and sales.
• Work with the marketing team on promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and operations.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain excellent service.
