Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro and seeks an energetic inside sales professional in Holt, MO. Your focus is to contact warm leads immediately, qualify homeowners, and keep the field sales team booked with high-quality appointments.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting with outbound calling, texting, and emailing. Daily in-office presence and a clear growth path offer strong earning potential and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in inside sales, outbound call centers, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
• 1–3 years of high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, high energy, and strong objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM software, multi-line phone tools, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to report daily to Holt, MO.

Responsibilities

• Speed-to-Lead Outreach: Contact new inbound leads immediately via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule & Confirm: Qualify homeowners and book pre-screened appointments for our field sales team.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up on past inquiries, missed appointments, and unsold leads to reactivate interest.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer records, call outcomes, and appointment details in our database.
