Honest Abe Roofing seeks an energetic inside sales professional to convert warm leads into booked appointments for our Kansas City Metro expansion. You will contact homeowners by phone, text, and email to qualify leads and fill field sales calendars.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay and a performance bonus structure. Prior outbound calling and customer-service experience are highly valued for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, outbound call center, or telemarketing experience.
• Customer-facing experience (high-volume call center preferred).
• Tech savvy with CRM tools and business software (e.g., Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Attack inbound leads: contact new leads immediately via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule and confirm: qualify homeowners and book pre-screened appointments for field sales.
• Pipeline management: follow up on past inquiries, missed appointments, and unsold leads.
• CRM upkeep: maintain customer data and appointment details accurately in the database.
