Job summary

Brightway Insurance is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to drive profitable written premium growth through high-performing inside sales operations supporting agents.

You will oversee lead management, consultative sales support, coaching, and operational execution, collaborating with Agency Development, Field Sales/RSLs, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver a scalable inbound/outbound sales engine.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active P&C insurance license.
• 7-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience scaling teams and managing managers or multi-unit operations.
• Track record of building sales strategies and executing large-scale sales initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead inside sales strategy to drive quote volume and premium growth.
• Develop playbooks and set performance expectations for the team.
• Monitor funnel performance using dashboards to optimize lead quality and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Agency Development, RSLs, Product, and Operations.
• Coach and develop inside sales professionals and enforce KPI rhythms.
• Oversee daily operations, CRM documentation, and compliance.
