This role partners with Agency Development, Field Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a scalable inbound/outbound sales engine aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience scaling teams and managing managers or multi-unit operations.
• Track record of building sales strategies and executing large-scale sales initiatives.
• Must hold an active P&C insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the inside sales strategy to drive quote volume, conversion, and premium growth.
• Lead cross-functional partners to strengthen lead generation and sales effectiveness.
• Recruit, coach, and lead inside sales professionals and managers.
• Oversee daily inside sales operations and CRM documentation.
