Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of high-volume sales recruiting experience (insurance or similar industry preferred).
• Comfort making outbound cold calls to build pipeline and source potential candidates.
• Proven success sourcing candidates at scale.
• Strong proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and resume databases.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet aggressive timelines.
• Experience hiring licensed insurance professionals is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Insurance Sales Producer openings.
• Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to consistently generate qualified talent, including passive candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, and motivation.

• Partner with Agency Owners and internal stakeholders to refine hiring profiles and strategies.
• Post jobs, manage inbound applicants, and leverage multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, social media).
• Maintain accurate, organized data within the ATS and recruiting dashboards.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics (pipeline volume, time-to-fill, conversion rates).
• Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned with Brightway’s service-driven culture.
• Promote the Brightway brand to prospective talent.
