RFMW Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Development Representative to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. This remote position involves sourcing new opportunities, developing relationships, and maintaining customer accounts. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of sales experience, showcasing strong sales skills and excellent communication abilities.
Under the direction of the Inside Sales Supervisor the Inside Sales Development Representative will work with members of the RFMW team & suppliers' sales channels to identify new & develop existing customers to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. Selling at all levels, this position will need to understand the customer's applications and strategies and collaborate with the team to propose the best solutions for their customers’ requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up from various sources, outbound cold calls, and email prospecting.
Research accounts, identify & develop relationships with key players and decision makers to generate interest and expand RFMW’s footprint at assigned accounts.
Qualify new & existing accounts to determine potential for RFMW & our suppliers.
Generate new and repeat sales at assigned customers by providing product information, respond to price requests and delivery quotes in a timely manner.
Utilize ERP to accurately process and manage customer transactions such as orders, quotes, returns, samples, as well as opportunity tracking, design registrations and ship & debits.
Monitor delivery date and ensure product meets customer requirements and quality expectations.
Expand product knowledge by participating in RFMW or supplier sponsored training and by utilizing all resources including product literature, supplier representatives, product managers, sales managers to discuss product options with customers and sell RFMW strengths.
Collaborate with Product Management teams to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Proactively recommend products and services to increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales.
Provides management with information regarding sales activity by preparing forecast and activity reports on account territory.
Allows for a flexible work schedule when necessary, to service customers in different time zones.
Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business preferred, with 3-5 years sales, inside sales, or business development related experience.

Total Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000/year. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
