YETI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to support specialty dealers within our wholesale business. You will work with Sales Representatives and internal teams to deliver reliable service and strong execution, managing day-to-day dealer support and ensuring a positive experience for assigned accounts.

This role is ideal for those early in their sales career who enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to serve customers across various industries.

Qualifications

• Entry-level inside sales or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with systems and technology to support sales operations.
• Interest or background in the Sport, Outdoor, or Home & Hospitality industries.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an inside sales contact for specialty dealers, providing timely and professional support.
• Occasionally supports outside sales activities, including outbound outreach and events.
• Support Sales Representatives with day-to-day account needs and sales operations.
• Communicate the YETI brand story to customers to maintain relationships.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly with accurate information.
• Provide information on product availability, order status, and fulfillment timing.
• Help maintain positive relationships across assigned accounts and territories.
• Assist with identifying and resolving order or account issues and escalate as needed.
