Job summary

YETI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to support specialty dealers and back our wholesale sales team from a remote NYC base. This entry-level role focuses on providing timely, professional dealer support while collaborating with Sales Representatives and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships.

You will engage in day-to-day account activities, communicate product availability and order status, and assist with outbound outreach and events

Qualifications

• Entry-level inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience or transferable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with systems, tools, and technology to support sales operations.
• Interest or background in Sport, Outdoor, or Home & Hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an inside sales contact for specialty dealers with timely, professional support.
• Assist outside sales activities including outbound outreach and events under guidance.
• Support Sales Representatives with day-to-day account needs and sales operations.
• Communicate the YETI brand story to support customer relationships.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails, addressing questions promptly.
• Provide information on product availability, orders, status, and credit-related concerns.
