Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers and orders.
• Process incoming orders, inquiries, and customer requests.
• Coordinate demand with production schedules and machine capacity.
• Monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery and update customers accordingly.
• Proactively track order activity and inventory levels and report delays.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, shipping, and production to resolve issues.
