Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is looking for a motivated sales professional to join our West Deptford team. You’ll assist contractors and customers with product selection, provide written quotes, and process orders to ensure timely delivery of electrical materials.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
• Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
• Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
• The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone-in customers with pleasant and courteous etiquette.
• Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customer with product selection.
• Provide customer with written quotation which includes terms, and delivery method.
• Prepare customer sale order and confirm payment terms/method.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to customer.
• Resolve order issues by collaborating with external vendors and internal departments.
• Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.
• Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base.
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.
