Job summary

Hajoca Corporation’s Peabody Supply is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our North Chelmsford, MA location. You will accurately process sales orders, assist customers picking up orders, and grow sales by serving as a trusted advisor.

The role requires experience in customer service or inside sales, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication. You will build relationships with customers and vendors, handle pricing issues, returns, and reports, while learning our systems

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Orders and Bids from telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and upsell to existing customers.
• Handle pricing deductions and returns per policy and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate changes affecting credit risk to managers.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Support Product Manager activities as needed.
